How long does a project take?
It depends on the project. For most signage work, plan on 2–4 weeks from approved design to finished, installed sign — that timeline is largely driven by city permitting for exterior work. Simpler projects can move faster.
Can you do a rush job?
Yes — rush/expedited turnaround is available for an added fee. Let us know your timeline when requesting a quote and we'll confirm what's possible.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — we handle permitting for exterior signage as part of the project, so you don't have to navigate that process on your own.
What's your service area?
We're based in Rosenberg, TX and serve businesses across the greater Houston metro, including Richmond, Sugar Land, Needville, and surrounding Fort Bend County areas.
Do I need my own design, or can you design it for me?
Either works. We offer design services if you're starting from scratch, and we're happy to work from your own design or logo files if you already have them.

Do you require a deposit before starting a project?
Yes — a deposit is required before production begins on most jobs. Final details are confirmed as part of your quote.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes — we offer a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship. LED lighting components are typically covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty.
